Contributions are solicited with the understanding that Thousand Hills has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.  We will make reasonable attempts to use your donation as you designate in the details of your contribution.  In the situation where the individual trip participant that you are supporting is overfunded, we will use the funds for other members on the same trip.  If the overall trip is overfunded the amounts will be used for other trips.  If a trip is cancelled or an individual is unable to go on the trip the funds will be held for 36 months for the use by that individual on another trip.  After 36 months, Thousand Hills reserves the right to reallocate the funds to a different fund or group of individuals/trips but will attempt to get your input on this re-allocation.  All donations are subject to a 2% administration fee to cover out of pocket costs.  Credit card donations are subject to an additional 3% to cover processing fees.  No individuals working with Thousand Hills will benefit from either of these fees as they will only cover actual cash costs with any remaining excess allocated amongst trips being supported that year.
